So maker sell/buy is when you set a price for the sale and taker buy/sell is just selling it off at default market price ?

If i place a limit order to buy i'll pay 0.1% fee and when i'll place the order to sell it, it'll be another 0.1%?
This should be the logical answer but my math doesn't match it..
