Basic circuit with 3 BC547 capable of detecting static electricity.
Definition of static electricity: Electric charge that has accumulated on an object. Static electricity is often created when two objects that are not good electrical conductors are rubbed together, and electrons from one of the objects rub off onto the other. This happens, for example, when combing one's hair or taking off a sweater.

Right, correct me if I'm wrong because I will be. This circuit detects electrostatic. But if you flip the circuit, completely mirrored, it's the circuit Electroboom (Mehdi Sadaghdar) used as a Live AC Voltage detector. Now while they may do similar things, why does it work if the transistors are another way completely
