Top 5 modifications to upgrade my Yamaha Tenere 700 for serious offroad riding

In this video I will try to clarify what are my top five modifications for serious off road use of the basic Yamaha Tenere 700 - even if they are pretty obvious.

If you use your Tenere 700 as travel or commuter bike, this might be irrelevant to you. In this case you need other upgrades for the best use of the bike - like luggage system and comfy seat -, but if you come from motocross or enduro riding, you will need these modifications asap for sure.

Holy shit girl, I was going to ask why you left the stock exhaust on the bike if you know what your doing, THEN I SAW YOU RIDE.. awesome to see you thrashing the big T7 and I will absolutely be paying more attention to your channel 👍. My favorite upgrades on mine was the lainer suspension, hp corse header back high mount exhaust, and of course crash bars and bark busters.

With this wide open air intake I would seriously consider a different ECU map. Otherwise your T7 might run with a too lean fuel/air mix now.
And if you have a T7 with the monochrome dashboard take a look at the ABS Dongle from LSK to deactivate the rear ABS only.

Best Upgrades are suspension and tires. Its a diferent bike then

Btw, why not get a high mounted exhaust? I dropped it like 4 times and my exhaust was touching the swing arm and damaged it a bit. Got the mivv dakar to fix it

140/18 is 10mm too narrow the wheel. Yamaha calls for 150. If you air down it can come off beed.
