We are happy to present you Arduino & DS3231 Based Real Time Clock (RTC) & Temperature Monitor. This is a simple real time clock with time, day, date using Arduino UNO board and DS3231 module. We have also added temperature monitor to further extend this project.

The alternative IC for DS3231 is DS1307. The DS3231 RTC has a built-in alarm functions as well as temperature sensor with a resolution of 0.25 and an accuracy of ±3°C which make this project more easier.

@HowtoElectronics Sir I did the same, but my LCD not showing anything only Yellow screen is showing can I use 10K ohm potentiometer to adjust contrast of LCD, actually I tried this method too, but it doesn't work, What should I do to display time, date, day and temperature on LCD display plz tell me sir it's an urgent for me, I'm really sad, after so many hardwork I didn't get any output tell me about how to display time, date on LCD, Bcz my LCD is not working plz reply 😢

Sir I have done all this, everything is perfect but only in 1st row pixel is showing not in 2nd row also not anything print on LCD plz tell me how to fix this it's really imp. For me plz sir
