This absolutely breaks my heart. Its only a puppy, why is he being treated so unhumanly, does the owner not have a heart. No dogs should ever be kept locked up outside on a chain. I really hope the outcome is good news and the owner surrenders the puppy to you so he can have a real chance of survival and be so loved and looked after which he deserves.

Plz don't tell me since the PIECE OF SHIT "owner" didn't wanna surrender you had no choice but to leave him there.... This shit kills me 😭 if it was me I would of not given a fuck what the owner said I would have took that baby away from these horrible heartless people that don't deserve a dogs love in their life. That's just me I would of taken the chance of possibly facing consequences for taking the pup. But I 110% understand why it wouldn't be the smartest move on your part cus of who you are and what you do for a living. What you do for the fur babies and your love for dogs is incredible. I love my dogs more than life itself. I wish the world had more people like you out there able to rescue more helpless innocent dogs in need 💕
