Strand Warlocks Are STILL COOKING IN PvE Destiny 2 | Infinite Suspend/Poison Spread Build

Hey guardians, with all this prismatic talk, I forgot about one of the best warlock builds in destiny 2 and that is the poison and suspend strand subclass. This build takes advantage of the thorn and necrotic grip on the warlock class. Thanks for watching and I hope you enjoy!

Only issue is that woven mail only last 5 sec if there are not adds your pretty much have nothing if you don't kill a yellow bar in less than 5 sec your not going to have woven mail anymore this is the only issue with this build its top tier add clearing but for end game content not even close I wouldn't bother with woven mail to be honest it helps but not for GM this is a nightfall build or dungeon at best. But it is a very fun build I still have it for running around and having fun. Nice vid and great build

Great to be reminded of old but extremely solid builds after we have all be chasing the "New Shiny" Prismatic - Definitely a fun build with solid weapon flexibility. Builds like this one are great to run with weapons that boost energy regeneration, like Brave arsenal origin trait, any weapons with demo, wellspring, strategist or pugilist - Forbearance is a great example capable of dropping with demo/wellspring and it's origin trait for up to 11% nade, 9% on lowest charged skill & 5% from the intrinsic trait per kill(running darkness/Strand super, this goes to melee) with a wave frame weapon - in ad dense content like Onslaught, one shot can provide an Excellent energy top up when you need it.
Equipping any weapons with energy regen, when you have one that complements your build and the encounter you are playing is an excellent QoL improvement :)

Other notable weapon traits that help with energy recovery are Bray Inheritance origin trait that grants energy on hits. Commemoration is still one of the Best Machine guns in the game.

The new Pale heart weapons with the Dealer's choice intrinsic kills grant bonus super, the more you equip, the larger the gain ( and tip for melee heavy content, the sword False idols you can craft with incandescent/chain reaction is absolutely Bonkers for killing entire mobs with 1-2 swings, all building super FAST.

Nice video. I got used to the Stock Strand I got, so this style will take adjustment . Can't wait for the other classes, I'm struggling with Stasis in PvP, would love to see your insight.

Edit: Thank you for making a video for Non-Prismatic. Honestly, when Final Shape came out, there are so many CC regurgitating Prismatic builds it is nauseating.

I was playing recently in gambit a strand build with mataiodoxia for invasións many times i could invade an kill4 guardians, i even kill 5 once, suspending enemies IS no op

Nice build !
Would like to try this swapped out with the new strand exotic armor that causes your melee to pierce barriers and suspend. You could literally suspend absolutely everything with that . Necrotic is better though forsure
