If anyone is having trouble with the launcher being oversized, then I suggest to try this. Go to settings, system>display then find scale. Change it to 125% to minimize the launcher. After you're done, you can change it back to normal by placing 150%. Hope this helps!

I'm having trouble with my pc launcher. The percentage is at 99.99 and also changes to 100 but it keeps downloading and I do not know what's wrong. It happened twice and this is the second one, I uninstalled it to clear the files on the first one but even as re downloaded the files it's still stuck at 99.99 and it continues to show the download speed and time

I cant even download the launcher when i click the link for windows its just loading forever its not showing anything other than the box and spinning icon

When i download the game and the package it blacks out and shuts off ive tried reinstalling it but it didn't work what to do? Btw i have 20gb space in my phone

My issue is when downloading it. While its downloading the time remaining doesnt change but the progress of the installation does and when it gets to 100% it'll go back down to 99.99% and back to 100% back to back.

When first installing it said it'll take around 5 hours cuz i have bad wifi but anyways whenever it starts downloading the time remaining doesnt change but the download progress goes forward, but when it reaches 100% it starts doing the bug where it'll drop to 99.99% then back to 100% over and over again, then when I pause the installation then reopen the launcher the installation progress drops to like 21%. This happens every single time. Idk what to do I might just play this game on my phone since it installed perfectly fine on my phone so yeah.

when I installed everything on Wuthering waves (Android user here), and it said to restart the game, So when I did that, it opens for a few seconds shows me a black screen and then closes immediately. I have like I lot of GB left

After downloading everything, I don't have the launcher appearing on my desktop. I can run the game without any problems, but I can't find the launcher again. I'm not sure if this issue is unique to me, but it makes me nervous when I have to download future updates.

Can I get some help with mine? I play on mobile devices and maybe it's just my bad luck- but everytime I try to open the app to play, I'm stuck at the beginning and it keep constantly closing the app when loading up the shades or smth

At 0:49 an image appears, and I have a problem. I downloaded it on Windows for my laptop and that image that appears there is very large. It doesn't let me see where it says download, what do I do?

I can download the launcher and everything from WUWA, but when I click on the download it goes dark and doesn't allow me to click (my PC has up to 60GB of space), I'm really desperate, Because I prefer thousand times on the PC, on the phone this problem didn't occur and I was able to download it (do I need to uninstall it from the phone or won't it change anything?)

my problem is, my launcher is oversized on my window that im not able to get it down to the download function. but kuros other game, pgr, launcher works just fine. how do i solve this?

Excuse me i got a problem when i downloaded everything was good until i clicked on "start"(im not English so idk what it give you for you but it's once the fills finished) and when i click on it my screen goes black and then i get an error UE4 client game pls can you help me to understand what it is? And i repaired the game by the way

I was stuck at 99% downloading in-game but after waitnng for 15 minutes. It worked. Apparently, they are verifying file, they just dont showqq

It seems like mine stop dowloading/stuck when it hit 31%, the download speed also hit 0 and remaining time is unavailable, is there a way to fix it?

When i try to open it, it says "A D3D11-compatible GPU (Feature Level 11.0, Shader model 5.0) is required to run the engine" so what so i do 😭
