I really appreciate this video, it's so good when people who can actually influence others, try to spread good messages. Honestly, 10% is a little too much for a lot of people, and it can discourage them. I would say that 3-5% would be much more realistic and possible. Or maybe, even better, the important thing is to be constant in giving back to others, whether it's 1% this month, or 10% the next.
