I'm worse than an amateur player, but I always plan all shots before I start playing and sometimes I get 4-5 balls pocketed as I have planned, but usually I have to make new plans and hit and hopes... But I think my best ability is the patience to really plan the whole game and not just playing a shot and see what happens.

that's an easy table to run out and doesn't always look so "open" on a 7ft table. He should have 1 or 2 balls locked up to be a real run-out on a bar box.
