We started our business with embroidery services. We wanted to expand our business into DTG after looking at other options. We decided to purchase the Ri 1000. The only drawback that we are experiencing is the fact that it will drink way more white ink than we calculated (even if we are not printing on the machine). But this was one of the warnings that we saw from other DTG owners as well, not just Ricoh. I am also looking for additional tutorials, that will show tips and tricks for different products we can do on the machine. But if we had to do it all over again, we would in a heartbeat. We love this machine!
