Why was this video so emotional for me?

I had never heard of Leslie Swan prior to watching this video, yet I teared up when she came back for the final time--that was so wholesome and unexpected. Even though Leslie was never a long term actress for the role of Princess Peach, I am so happy with what she contributed to the character and I hope she lives a happy, fulfilling life, knowing how historically important her involvement was and how awesome she is!

It's bittersweet knowing that life goes on.
