I know there are probably going to be a lot of people that disagree with me, but in my eyes Thanos is the best villain within a superhero movie. Also, this video isn’t a ranking of the MCU villains just simply my thoughts on Thanos and what makes him the best. It is true that in terms of power, MCU Thanos is literally an infant compared to his comic version but still I see so many people who underestimate MCU Thanos and say that he's nothing without his gauntlet, no, it's not true, even without his gauntlet he's a god like being who is thousands of years old and still looks pretty young which means he can live for millions of years, he's more powerful than Thor, Hulk, Captain Marvel, Captain America, Ironman and Spiderman combined and he's the only one in the entire universe who can properly wield, control and survive the cosmic powers of all six infinity stones which means that the infinity stones are his own property, he was undefeated in 14 million outcomes and lost only in just one outcome in which the avengers cheated with time travel and other things and even in that one losing outcome he still did a lot of damage.

One of the things I love most about Thanos in Infinity War is that he gets the job done very fast. He may be hesitant in some cases like with killing Gamora, but he eventually does what he feels his right. At the end he wins. No other Marvel villain has ever won before. And unlike any other Marvel villain, he doesn't toy around. Whenever people get in his way, he disposes them as fast as he can. For example, when he came to Wakanda to get the last stone, a lot of the Avengers were trying to attack him, but Thanos just brushed them aside like they were nothing.

This all led from the decisions taken after civil war like for example tony stark went to thanos when he should had gone back to earth for a higher chance to beat thanos with only 4 infinity stones

I agree but not all villains need to have depth to be good. As long as they are intimidating, have decent screentime, memorable lines and give the hero a good fight they're good.

Thanos didn’t have to kill half of the universe. He could have just created more resources with the infinity stones

We’re probably gonna see living tribunal or eternity which is really cool. Benedict cumberbatch was shooting a scene with a huge completely cgi character and the line that the character said is, “with great power comes great responsibility.” Which is what the living tribunal said to strange in the comics

Probably because the lack of iconic villains in the mcu. He's really the first iconic villain in the top tier atleast when he wields a fully stoned gauntlet. Hopefully the original avengers stay or come back to fight dr doom and magneto and galactus and possibly some spidey villains
