Most of the time it is easier for apple to say it is broken then spend the time fixing something like a motherboard defect. Most of the time they will give you a discount on a new iPad too.

I had this problem w my iPad 9th gen, and something was wrong with the port, wasn’t dirty, nor just buggy. It bricked itself (it’s fixed now, just getting shipped to me.)

I have criticism from both views, View 1: First change the port or clean your port out and try again and dont by 2 buy 1 to save money. View 2: stop hating on him if he has the money and if it isnt a charger thing

Bro of course they wouldn’t fix it, they haven’t accepted a repair job in years, they make more money telling you to just spend $4, 000. Should have just cleaned the charging port or shipped it to a repair guy to get the charging port replaced, probably wouldn’t have cosed more than $75
