"That`s what I was told". Yet he states with such assured conviction that Obama and other Presidents didn`t make those calls then backtracks when confronted. One thing I know for certain, his parents never had to worry about a call from the President during the Vietnam Trump's Draft Deferments: Four for College, One for Bad Feet, probably could have gotten one for being mentally unfit too!!!

He`s right about most past Presidents didn`t make calls to the parents of fallen soldiers and here are just a few of those guilty of such a shameful oversight of office; George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Abraham Lincoln, ect.

Obama did NOT call the families of soldiers kia, just the truth. He did however send very meaningful note, nicely pre-printed on white house like stationary, signed in his absence by a very semi-sympathetic aide.
