Turo is terrible customer service is terrible.. Took 7 days to register .. and accused me of fraud. After sending ID photos and credit card photos.. I lost it. I was just trying to rent a car . I'm from Canada.. taking a trip to hawaii.

Thought the online new companies were supposed to have better customer service
