Evening sir. I just wanted to say I have been watching your videos alot recently and really putting into practice what you do and the exercises you do. I have especially been focusing on my hamstrings. I believe that's why I just set a new PR in deadlift and almost a PR in my squat. I almost had to have surgeries on both my shoulders but now after following your advice they are feeling better and they are stronger and don't hurt as much. All of this is possible because of what you do Thanks so much. Much respect sir. Have a great day.

Pro tip: It's pretty pointless to hop out of bed and pop tons of vitamins and minerals on an empty stomach. Most vitamins and minerals are never found in nature by themselves because they contain tons of different cofactor enzymes necessary for your body to actually absorb and use them to your benefit. It's always much better to take vitamin and mineral supplements after a meal. When you pop supplement pills fresh out of bed with nothing in your stomach, you'll honestly piss a lot of it right out of your body and only absorb a small portion of it
