It's been proven that's she's struggling, whether it be because of a standard she's trying to keep up with and trying to earn love from that; it could be her self-image; actually being sick or it could all be for attention. It doesn't matter what the case may be, just pray for her and that whatever is causing her to feed this illness to go away. Nobody deserves this and it is serious. Don't make fun of her, we'll never know what she's actually going through.
