She’s really very sick. This is a prime example of body dysmorphia where she sees herself very differently than she looks. I was a psych nurse for 44 years in one of the top 10 hospitals in the world and we had an eating disorders unit. She does not need ridicule, she needs help

I'm not going to lie..I'm surprised she's still alive myself and I'm not trying to be mean. It's just amazing she's made it this far with such a profound ED. I wish someone around her cared enough to at least try to help her. Having said that, she has to want the help herself and she clearly doesn't see anything is wrong.😞
Well the reason why I think she was dancing to "under the sea" is because the new live action "The Little mermaid" movie just came out so that's probably why she's dancing to that in 2023.. But I get what you're saying how it looks like she's trolling people. It does comes across that way, but I don't think she is.

She needs help… SERIOUSLY. The comments aren’t even body shaming (I mean some are) they are genuinely concerned for her health, she always takes it as hate and posts more controversial videos like she doesn’t give a damn what people say, but in this scenario she need to listen to people online. I am in shock that are own mother is ok with this as in she doesn’t even care. In the clips of her eating, she obviously spits it after the video cuts. This is a serious mental and physical disorder that needs to be fixed otherwise something tragic might happen to her, which is really sad to think about happening to a beautiful soul. Starving yourself this much is a form of suicide. God help her. We need to find some way to have her take a break from social media because it’s damaging her, or maybe let’s motivate her to eat because maybe that’s what she needs.

I come back every once in awhile to see if she is still alive. Her parents are not helping her, which is obvious. She needs help or she will die.
