I’d like the prep board, what is that? Looks like a cutting board with sides to keep flour form getting everywhere

It’d missing a quick drop lid similar to what you see at a subway restaurant topping bar. Some people live with gnats and they follow your hands around.

Would be better with one long lid that hinges open, like the cuisinart, instead of separate lids you have to pile up somewhere to the side to fight with for each different ingredient.
