The most important is the reheating of the stones. Launching a couple pies in a row will bring the stone down quite a bit. You'll start losing good undercarriage. Also you should put your cooked pizzas on a rack while the cheese settles before cutting. This will allow the heat from the bottom to escape and keep your undercarriage from losing any crunch.

This video is annoying because the #1 issue with the Ooni for parties is the temperature drops between pies. The fact that they say dips only slightly is BS. I have a Karu 16, keep the door closed and if I want to make 5 pies, then people who got the first one will have to wait 20+ minutes for the last pie to finish. I haven’t hosted a party for exactly that problem and when people ask me about it, I tell them exactly that. It’s not right for hosting.
