Damn I feel like I am just bad at the game because I did all the steps and didn't get it to duplicate, I also went to other guides but It doesn't work. I made them wait left, came back no items were on the floor and only the remaining in the followers inventory.

I tried doing this on the original pc version and it didn't work. Works on ps4 and xbox one tho
