Back in the 70s when we made the fish filets, we had the buns in the steamer, bottom bun, sauce, fish, 1/2 piece of cheese top bun into styrofoam container, everything melted together ❤️👍but you did a great job on that fish sandwich 👍

I don’t think you get a full slice of American cheese on that sandwich anymore. Last time my sister got one, there was a half slice of cheese on it.

now this is something I would love to try! The Filet O Fish sandwich at McDonald’s is my favorite, but it’s filled with gluten. I would swap out using a gluten free hamburger bun and I think this will be a winner!…😋😋😋
