Attention mushroom lovers
You need to try my Creamy mushroom poppers

Ingredients ~>

Step 1 : remove the stem from the mushroom

- FOR THE FILLING -

Step 2 : add in cream cheese
Step 3 : mozzarella
Step 4 : Japanese Mayo
Step 5 : Lemon zest
Step 6 : and some black pepper
- MIX TOGETHER ! -

- FOR THE BATTER -
Step 7 : add in flour
Step 8 : garlic powder
Step 9 : paprika
Step 10 : salt and pepper
Step 11 : add an egg
Step 12 : a little bit of water

- MIX TOGETHER ! -

Step 13 : stuff the mushroom with the filling
Step 14 : coat the mushroom in the batter
Step 15 : and then cover it in
panko
- LIKE THIS ! -
Step 16 : deep fry the mushroom for 2 minutes on each side
- LOOK -
