Replay gang. Great live!! QOTD: I have one source of income and get paid monthly. I like it because i get the same exact amount every month through direct deposit. I budget as if i get paid bi-weekly. I have most bills on auto-pay and expense track 💙

I contribute 5%, company matches 5% so I’m putting up 10%. I’ve been doing so for about 10 years (started late 20’s).

Once i pay off debt, i will open up an IRA and max that out. Thats the goal…😅

Watching the replay today! I get weekly paychecks but have gotten biweekly paychecks before. Either way, I split my bill cost between checks so I could manage either way. I need to research retirements and investments! Thanks for the info and great live!

11:28 I agree, I am paid monthly and I am able to pay every single bill right out the gate which gives me peace of mind. 90% auto pay. 28:00 yes! 44:08 yes, and bought up through employer benefits so very affordable in addition to employer paid. Max contribution into FSA each year too. Great conversation/video!

Replay gang ! I have 1 income. I'm disabled and get paid every 28 days, so my pay days are never the same. Living pay day to about 10 days before the next pay day. But my bills are paid.

I love this. You have a new subscriber. Feel like I’m sitting down with my aunties 🥰

I get paid bi weekly but just got hired on for a seasonal position at Target and they pay opposite week so it’s gonna be weekly.

I have to do auto payments bc otherwise i might forget—ADD😅.

I have my bill account, spending account (gas, food and misc), and me and my son’s savings. I do not keep my debit card for my bill account… only carry my spending account and now i can focus on paying down my debt with my second income. I had to create a system otherwise everything gonna be chaos.

We have two sources of income but mine is very low at well under 1k a month. Both incomes get paid twice a month. I do know the total of our bills (this includes our subscriptions) are and have currently save for a month of them and working on two. I also know the amount of our fixed expenses and have a month saved for them as well. I have categories in our budget where the envelopes are sorted through and when I work on a months savings goal, I save for one category at a time. We also contribute to our retirement funds but am unsure of the percentage as it is taken directly from his paycheck before we see it, and I try to put 10% of my paychecks towards this goal as well. I would love to put more into our HSA, and one day I will be able too..
