I Mean Jones would win a fair 1v1. In the film they duel each other to a standstill with both getting disarmed but Jones is at the minimum like 10 times stronger then Jack. Hell he jumped down from the top of the mast like it was nothing. Plus having teleportation, can move through objects, has full control over the ocean depth and can reap souls in his own weird way. Not to mention he is immortal. Jack is a inch more skilled with a sword but has no way of actually beating Jones.
