This was maybe the most useful information I've heard in the dating coach YouTube universe. What I would add (in my opinion) is that I don't think a man can be both. Either he wants those good things that are more important than sex (respect, challenge, belief in him) or he wants the flip side (control, ego feed). I will also add a 3rd to the "bad cop" side: Conquest. Sadly, some men are just all about that. Sometimes a man will come in very smoothly and look very genuine, but if he doesn't move to a commitment despite a woman showing him respect, support, and remaining a challenge... then by default he's motivated by the "bad cop" needs, which means he's toxic (not to himself but definitely to the women he plays with).

Most Men are neither bad nor good they are just responding to the women’s energy because her energy sets the tone. We are not talking about those small percentage of men who are sociopaths.
