There was a will on Diane's desk when Alexis was melting down, I think she was talking to Kristina. Sam's name was on the label and it was in a different folder.
Alexis wouldn't know that because she went searching through her old files to find Sam's will from a few years ago.
This will probably all shake out once the dust settles at the Qs.

I’m so glad they figured out the custody stuff with the kids and having them all live at the Q’s. Honestly, it’s the best thing for all of them. Glad Jason found his reason to move back in. Good news for him too is that Drew is going to Washington, meaning, despite their issues, they won’t have to see each other much. That said, if/when the Drilow scandal breaks, it could force Drew to resign as congressman abd move back to the Q’s again.
