Hello, I'm user for this laptop since 2023. I know this video is upload 5 years ago.
I have question for that, I want to upgrade RAM and SSD. But when I tried to upgrade RAM there is not working and no display. What is wrong with that? can you explain it to me and give some recommendation for that, Thank you :)

when I want to slide the cover above the ram memory. It doesn't want to slide, if also I unscrewed 2 screws like you explained in the video. Can you give me any suggestion how to solve the problem?
