Upper Cabinet Hanging Tips | How to Hang Cabinets

Hey everyone! This is a video showing you some tips and tricks for hanging upper cabinets.

In the video we use a ledge board to help hold the cabinets on the wall while we are screwing them into the studs. You can use a lot of different materials to create this ledger, such as a piece of mdf baseboard or a 2x4. Just be sure that you don't care if it gets some holes in it.

Cabinet backing can also be very helpful when hanging uppers but you will have to do that at the framing stage. I do have a video showing how we did that at framing.
