Just cracked my iPhone 6s Plus display today, and my first thought was...I'll just go to iFixit to learn how to replace it myself! And you did NOT disappoint!! Thank you for this!

"CAUTION" When working the surged around screen don't go as close to the top of the screen as she does here because the top of the screen has plastic tabs that are meant to slide under the edge of the case top. Lifting the the top of the screen will break these tabs. Instead slide the screen down to release.

Great video. Now, I am not so scared to get a newer iPhone. If it breaks I am confident I can fix it myself and not get that darn error people were getting.

Nobody ever mentions the display seal, mine went away while opening and replacing this seems complicated.

Can you make a tuto about the display adhesive sealing that runs around the whole display (between casing and display)?

Replacement displays usually don't come with the 3D Touch panel. So U should make a video with that also disassembled...

Well, can i change the 1st Generation home button on the iphone 6 plus to the 2nd Generation (which is for the iphone 6s )

Gotta change the whole strip that connects to the logic board also.. I only changed the home button but then the iPhone gave me unknown error n the finger print wouldn't work so I pull it apart and change the strip on old phone that connects home button and it started working again...
