In this video I show you how I lube my headset upper bearing, lower bearing and also the seat post on my BMC Timemachine Road 01. I am using lubes/grease made by Park Tool. The PPL-1 is an excellent lube for reducing bearing drag, resists water and inhibits corrosion. The other lube is the SAC-2 which can be used for creating a tighter grip between two slippery surfaces--such as my carbon seat post, handlebar and stem. This is my first time using these products on my BMC. I am not a professional mechanic but enjoy working on my own bike. The Integrated Cockpit System by BMC makes it challenging due to the hydraulic hoses and spacers but not impossible. If you have any tips on how I can do this better, I'd love to hear them. Cheers!

This is probably the only video on whole Youtube where somebody actually show how easy you can take bmc stem off the TMR. Thanks!

Hey, just wondering if you had to cut your steerer tube in order to make the bike look like this with no spacers?
