Labour: why are we losing voters?
Also Labour: *bases their entire manifesto on not being Corbyn and not being the Conservatives*

"We like good things and are opposed to bad things"
That should make it clear....

How are we supposed to know what labour stand for when they don't even know themselves

"Keir one of the older boys stole me sandwiches"
"John, this can't keep happening, you're the shadow Secretary of Defense".

What does Keir Starmer stamd for? Every time a Tory asks him for a chair.

Just by virtue of the fact your having to explain what he stands for explains why he’s not the right person for the job. A leader should be absolutely clear about what they are trying to do and then people can rally behind them

Starmer's Labour is trying to be all about pragmatism in the face of (very apparent) tory popularism and jingoistic incompetence. Unfortunately, pragmatism requires actual practical actions and plans, and all we have right now is vague vibes

His MO is "I am not Corbyn". Very weak.

Considering Blair was the one who introduced tuition fees in the first place, I doubt they plan on scrapping it any time soon.

I like the idea of a National Nature Service. Like park rangers, maintaining natural environments. That is a solid policy.

I'm liberal, and while I'm an outsider looking in - Starmer doesn't scream LEADER to me. If he's the person they are putting on the ticket for the next general election - I expect Labour will lose, regardless of policy.

This is fast becoming one of the greatest mysteries of modern times.
If they can actually stop their infighting for 5 minutes, that may help.
Keir Starmer taking a vow of silence for the 1st nine months of his term didn't not help.
At the moment BoJo and the Tories have a very, very strong ally in Keir Starmer.

The UK wants to be right wing on Immigration, Defence, and crime.

The UK wants to be centre on economics, centre-left on education, and centre-left on environment.

The UK wants to be left on healthcare.

Labour doesn’t want to align with the conservatives. But they don’t want to go against public opinion.

Me living on the other side of the Atlantic not knowing what’s going on and it’s 4:47 am for me: yeah sure I’ll watch it

As a Labour supporter who was unsure about Starmer’s standpoint, this video has really helped! Thanks!

Wow, 'Good morning Britain' actually took a Labour MP to task & guess what?, he wasn't prepared for it. 😲

The labour dude calling his party's policy discussions "confidential" and the newspeople's response to it cracked me up

The video seems a bit sympathetic to Labour's lack of direction by saying things are easy to infer. If things need to be inferred then it's not clear and probably likely to change depending on the polls

I think tuition fees should be covered by the state for courses such as STEM, Law, Finance, Business etc but not for courses such as drama and art. As a 20 year old in Scotland (where we don't pay tuition fees) I know plenty of people who went to uni to do courses such as art who now realise they are wasting their time as they don't need a degree. Some have dropped out and this is plainly a waste of taxpayers money
