The creepiest one is the old photo with the body hanging out of the ceiling.

Another thing about the hand on the girls arm picture is that the baby is staring in that direction and crying like she was scared. She might have seen something 😳

Why did I watch this at night...

The hand around the little girls arm is her own. You cant see her left arm and her body is slightly twisted to the left indicating that she wrapped her left arm around herself and grabbed onto her other arm. The hand is also similar to size as her other hand so this makes sense.
Also in the third picture there is probably a hole in the back of the truck and the scenery through the hole looks like a face.
