Vacation Workout: 1 set of dumbbells, 1 KB by Kristin R
Warm up:
Walk out Tstand dips
Squat and squat jump

SS #1:
1. Double arm Snatch 8, 6, 4
2. KB swing 15, 12, 10

HIIT Pyramid
1. DB Burpee Clean and Press
2. Alt SA Swing Catch Rev Lunge

8 MIN Single DB AMRAP
1. 8 SA Snatch
2. 6 Offset Squat
3. 4 SA Cleans
4. 2 SL DL + Row

Broken Manmaker 30:10 4x alt KB and DB each round
1. Push-ups (KB Diamond Pushup)
2. Plank Rows ( KB Upright Rows)
3. Hang clean (KB Hang Clean)
4. Push Press (KB Push Press

Giant Set: 12, 10, 8
1. SA Row in lunge
2. Kb DL Squat, Squat DL
3. SA DB Clean Press Windmill (6/side)
4. Stag Pushup Plank Row(6/side)

Tabata Finisher (single DB)
1. Russian twist weight drop off
2. Pullover, OH sit up

Average HR: 132, Peak HR: 158, Time: 49 mins, Total Cals: 655. This is a(n) 34/66 rep/timer fullbody routine. It's really fun and fast and thanks for that, Kristin! There's basically no cardio in it but as you can see from the HR, all the nonstop weighted moves really get everything going. The moves are true fullbody in that there are no isometrics or the like but rather upper and lower are going at once or going back and forth between more upper and more lower. Even though some of the timed sets read longish, they really go by quickly because there's so much going on in them that I didn't even notice the time, and the rep sets are decreasing for rounds which I always find to be mentally fast even though some of there are sided and thus take longer. This type of hit everything HR from strength routine is exactly the kind of thing I love - plus under an hour! - and thus loved the whole thing - thanks!

To help translate my Average HR to give you a sense of the workout: 110s is what I get from a mostly upper-body workout, 120s is full body with some cardio, 130-134 is heavy weights and cardio (or a 120s-type workout with a weighted vest), 135 and above is totally dying the whole time :).

Great workout, loved it. I used several weights, it worked better for me. Thank you for not doing the MM part without rest, i wouldn't have been able to do it :-)

Thanks Julia I just finally this workout and I really loved it. I'm sweaty and in Uruguay🇺🇾it's so cold🥶. Very hard workout I loved it!!

Loved this workout! The 3 long sets in the middle were no joke, thanks for adding a 10 sec break in the MM set.. I used a larger variety of weights, but you can get a great workout here with much less. 215 calories for me.. Thank you both for this collab ❤️

Feeling smoked 😅💦 phew! 50 mins of pure sweat & muscle burn! Loved every set. The AMRAP & broken manmaker were the hardest & most fun. Thx Julia for another awesome workout 💪🏽💕

Yikes! Those middle two... the 8 minute burner... when I read it I was hoping that it would take 2 minutes to do one arm... not so much....
