Puto Flan with Egg white Recipe

Recipe:
For Flan:
• 6 Egg yolks (set aside 2 egg whites for puto batter)
• 3/4 cup condensed milk
• 1/4 cup evaporated milk (optional)
• 1 teaspoon vanilla (optional)

For Puto Batter:
• 1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 tablespoon baking powder
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 1/2 cup milk
• 2 egg white
• 2 tablespoon butter or margarine
• 1/4 water or milk (if the batter is too thick)

Yield: 30 pieces large puto molder
