This Puto flan recipe is very unique from the others because I used a natural Ingredients, a Rice instead of cake flour and I think this is the easiest way to make a Puto Flan all you need to do is follow the procedure and that's it. Why don't you try it? It's very delicious and I'm sure everybody would love this.

*Ingredients for the Puto
2 cups soaked rice
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 tsp salt
3 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup of butter

*Ingredients for the flan
5 pcs L/XL egg
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup condensed milk
