Vybz Kartel to remain in jail until court decision

The Jamaican laws will not free this man. I can't see that happening bro. Before you come after me listen, the privy counsil knew of vybz health and whatnot, also knew vybz and others spent a decade plus behind bars. They took all that into consideration so why didn't they tell the Jamaican laws to set him and the others free because they had the power to do that.

BUT what they did was quashing it and sending it back so they can 'possibly' retrial. That don't sound like madness ?

I am confused the privy council Quashed the appellants conviction so trying to go for a retrial you would need to include the evidence that was struck off by the privy council, and find a jury that would be without bias if they went for a retial that would be impossible, quite a cruel waiting game for these men.
