For the first time on their 2024 World Tour, Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band took the stage and opened their show with “Roll of the Dice” at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada on Friday March 22, 2024. I got drenched on that champagne shower!

This was the first time "Roll of the Dice" was performed since February 16, 2017, and was song #1 of the night.

This concert in Las Vegas was my 43rd time seeing Bruce Springsteen perform and my 35th time seeing the E Street Band perform.

As of this date, 11/14/2024, Mr. Springsteen is 75 years old and I'll be 60 next March, in my near sixty years of life his music has provided so much to my life. It's provided clarity and direction in moments of needed solitude, in moments of sadness and not knowing what route to take there is always a song to turn to get your compass right, and even this song tells us every day is "just another roll of the dice" you do all the things you can to prepare for it and make it the best you can, you just have to take what the roll shows you and keep moving!

Incredible footage. Thanks for this. Absolutely awesome coverage. Getting sprinkled with champagne by the Boss himself? That’s a memory you will NEVER forget. Never. That’s a story great-great grandchildren will be telling. I was 10 in 1985. “Born in the USA”…I mean Bruce & Co. have been the soundtrack to my life. It’s like home, every time.

1988 I was 18 years and car mechanic newbie in East Berlin, full of hopes an dreams.19th of July´88 he came to us behind the wall to Rock & Roll with the E Street Band. The biggest concert Bruce ever performed, 160k at least, estimated 250k a lot without tickets. Badlands the first song, me and my first girlfriend 17 years old where front of stage and nearly squeezed to death, but happy. I´ve found her on youtube, nearly at the end of the video: "Bruce Springsteen - The River 1988", she´s sitting on my shoulders with curly brown hair and a magenta shirt. I was overwhelmed. Later as a pilot I flew across all former borders in freedom. 35 years and two days later in July´23 I´ve seen his concert in Germany, great performed as always. I‘m so grateful to Bruce, Patti, Steven and the whole E Street Band not least in memory Big Man Clarence Clemons who played 1988 the sax solo, as Bruce danced on stage with a girl from the audience, to the song Dancing in the dark. Good to see you strong in best shape. And again, July 5th. 2024 Hannover Germany. Love you for ever. 🤟

Fuck! He's in amazing shape. This one will kick all our asses and tear down every arena he plays in. Not bad for almost 75 years old.

A bittersweet night...while there is no denying that he remains, as he always was, the single greatest white rock performer (even Bruce would admit he's no James Brown..) there was an certain 'feeling' in the air that this might well be the last go-round for him & the ESB (which would also explain why Vegas was added at the last minute). And as great as Jake is--and he is--the sax solos in Badlands, Promised Land, Thunder Rd etc just aren't the same without the Big Man. Been a helluva 43yr ride since my first Boss show, but as another great musician once opined..."all things must pass." That said, glad I was there..and catch 'em while u can folks. And thanks for the upload...really does justice to the opening...

Chills and not from the champagne;; waiting for sun to shine the last 2 times in Toronto.
Bruce's last time I'm sure to play in Toronto..First time was Feb. 77 a young man 2 years older than myself. Fortunately I 'd had the privelege + pleasure to see most of the best shows and bands from 68-77 pre- Bruce ..Yhe Who live were the best:: better live..I felt alot of concerts started great and ended great but the rest of show.;; not alot of excitement..That night # Maple Leaf Gdns. can only be described as magic. That first entrance bouncing along the stage in a suit coat + blue jeans.Best, best concert I had seen ...during J.land with a single spot on him looked like a fallen Angel.. He started into :IT'S my Life" really hit home; with the story of his Dad in the darkened kitchen...asking " what are you gonna do with life" cried at that point.and thought the best concert ever..then finished the song and said...We're gonna take a break and play some more. Since that time. He's the One.
