Germany is still discriminating and racist but I will say less than Korea.
I can’t speak for whole Germany but for Berlin.
One problem is that there are so many cultures (not in a bad way) and every culture has different sights so there’s of course discrimination racism homophobic ppl etc but I’ll say the majority in my age class will confront you if you’re being racist
