Michigan's Big House

The University of Michigan's football stadium is called the "Big House" because it's the biggest in the country, and even with 109,901 seats, its biggest games are always sold out.

I live in Michigan and every year our school hosts the prom at the Big House. We get to walk around the field and we get to dance inside the stadium.

Can't wait to actually go to a game in this stadium someday. Back in summer 1995 I was fortunate enough to attend an sat program in Ann Arbor and one day got to hang out on the field of the big house where I played catch with my friends. Great experience overall. Go blue!!!

this stadium is amazing it doesnt seem that big because it doesnt have 2 or 3 stands going up and no roof but even tho i never been there and never will....i can tell its huge

I am from Mexico and I follow NCAA. In fact I do not like NFL and I go crazy for college football. I admire this stadium. I didn`t live the college football golden age in Mexico, which was in the forties and fifties, when large stadiums here were crowded. Now, college football in Mexico is great but is light years away from NCAA top divisions. I hope some day it grows to be something near the top teams.

I am a graduate of WMU and a fan of Michigan as well. It was really tough watching my WMU get beat up as I sat in the Michigan Big House. Oh, by the way I have season tickets to the Big House....and Hate OSU Go Blue...!!

Michigan Stadium is to college football what St. Peter's Basilica is to the Vatican... Holy ground... Which is why there has never been nor will there ever be any advertisements in Michigan Stadium and why I respect Michigan and that stadium more than any other!
