A problem I was facing using outbound cold-calls with your Make setup is the 15 minute wait time between a new entry and the call happening. Most likely a new entry happens every time a customer submits a form or signs up for something and especially with social media ads it's important to call as fast as possible. I have switched to integrating a web hook into Google Forms directly instead of using Google Spreadsheet as a starting point of my automation.
