I own a good gaming pc, a ps5, and a Switch Oled which I just bought. (I used to own a Steam deck but sold it). I found myself playing on switch more than the other two simply because of its portability that I can bring with me anywhere. I think in the future I will only dedicate my money on Nintendo products tbh.

Owning both, I can say that the PS5 made me appreciate my Nintendo Switch more. I play on both, but Nintendo is really more my go-to as an adult who cares less about graphics and more about gameplay

Great video, thanks man. I upgraded from an OLED Switch to a PS5 but I enjoyed the types of games on the switch more so I’m thinking of getting rid and going back to Switch!

Me personally I have an Xbox and switch and those have been more that wonderful for my family and I . Nothing against Sony at all their exclusives are really good but for me personally I just don’t enjoy them . I get very bored aside from ratchet and clank or games like heavy rain/detroit become human . I much prefer Xbox’s halo/forza/gears etc and Gamepass /third party titles . Yes alot of them are on PlayStation but tbh, over the years I’ve bought so many digital titles on Xbox and that’s where my family/boys play on so it was a no brainer for me .

I absolutely adore nintendos library and it’s always a great time playing with my wife and our kids on family nights .

PS5 and Xbox series X have power and graphics... But they are huge physically. The switch is small and compact and has a built in freakin' screen so you can play it literally anywhere and don't need a TV. The joy-cons give me the freedom to have one hand here and one hand there instead of just one controller where my hands have to be close together; I can even turn each one into their own controllers... Oh and The Nintendo exclusives?! I couldn't imagine gaming without Mario Kart 8 Delux or Breath of The Wild (my favorite games). If your TV malfunctions for some reason you can't play video games until you get a new one or get it fixed... If your power goes out? You can't play video games. If my TV malfunctions or the power goes out? I just take my fully charged Switch from the dock and continue playing.

It comes down to preference, but if someone offered me a PS5 for my Switch I would say no way. The versality of The Switch is unmatched.

I think we can own both of them. I still own a PS3 but normally plays on my PC. I'm planning to buy both the PS5 and Nintendo switch. You play the triple A plus games on PS5 while you can play the casual Nintendo games on the switch, as a person who likes to travel a lot the Nintendo switch would definitely come in handy as well.

Honestly the Ps5 bored me, everything so far largely has been remasters and more of the same. And almost everything has been cross gen. Truthfully I've played more ps4 than ps5 games. And my switch more than either still.

Which do you prefer, portability or performance, switch or PS5?

The Nintendo Switch only does 720p resolution when in handheld mode..When it's docked and hooked up to your TV, it'll of course output at 1080p full HD resolution! You said the Nintendo Switch only did 720p compared to Sony's PS5 massive difference with 4k.. Just wanted to clear that up real quick.. Not that it really matters, though, because Nintendo can't even do 2k, much less 4k, and yet it's still kicking Sony's Playstation ass in the console wars! Ain't all about those specs people, it's all about those Games..Games..Games! That's why Nintendo will forever be king! Love Playstation and always have been a fan every since i was a child.. But if you want a console that has much better games, and can also bring it with you and play it literally any where.. Go get the Switch! Btw, the Switch OLED is freaking badass! Lol

This is not a fair comparison whatsoever…with that being said I own both and I know I’m own the switch for all the classic switch games and not graphics and performance and I own the PS5 for the performance and graphics.

I find it hard on Witch to get since they both are portable to me since I can get the digital version and use a portable monitor but I’m still not sure since I don’t have any budget limitations but not sure which to get.

Just look at the size difference. One is sleek and has a built in screen, the other is the size of a VHS player from the 90s and needs an external device (TV) to play. That is extremely limited for a console that is only a generation and a half ahead when it comes to graphics (The Switch has better graphics than a PS3, but not as good as a PS4).

Waiting room? Long car ride? Plane ride? Power outage on the block? Kids or wife taking up the TV? Only one of the two consoles can be enjoyed… And it ain’t the PS5.

The Switch has over 1000 games with amazing exclusives, the PS5 doesn’t even have 500 games to chose from.

The Switch also sells way faster than the PS5 showing that graphics ain’t everything.

There really is no debate, The Switch is the best console ever created.

Had PC, Switch and PS4.
All I can say is, the moment I bought Switch, instant regret.
Just a piece of garbage with recycled games for other platforms.
The featured games ?
Yeah, for kids maybe.

PC still reigns

When I was a teen and in college, I only played big AAA games on Playstation and Xbox.

This gen being so slow and with no games, I picked up a switch oled instead and it was the right decision. I don't have time to sit at home and game anyways, the switch portability and hybrid features let me actually play games.

I can't see myself buying a new console in the future unless it's also portable

Got a PS5 some time ago and tried to play ocasionally... the constant updates are so annoying. If you want to do a quick 20-30min session, half of that time is wasted on updates. PS Online is expensive, so not worth it if you play 2-3x a month. Time to sell my PS5 I guess... A PC + Switch (or mobile) combo is a better way for my money and time. PC games are always cheaper than PS5, you would not miss too many games 🤔

I think I can sum this up pretty well after watching the video. If you like Nintendo first party games or you want to play on the go without internet buy a Switch. If you want anything else buy a PS5.

It depends and what gamer u are for casual gamers a nintendo switch isnt bad where as for traditional gamers they have to do so much random upgrades to the point they need to buy a steam deck. For ps5/xbox series x traditional gamers get a big screen good graphics better storage comfortable controllor where for casual they wouldnt care that much.

I own both consoles. I do love Sony but my problem with Sony is they used to make good games now they are pushing their woke politics down my throat and I got tired of it. Right now Nintendo has been on a hot streak. Super Mario RPG remake, Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild, Tears of the kingdom, Metroid Dread and my game of the year which was Super Mario Wonder which is one of the bet Mario games I have ever played. Nintendo makes great games and keeps their politics to themselves and now they get my business while my PS5 is going to collect dust.

Steam Deck is also another great console to have. Love using it as my emulator hehehe. Oh and I forgot monster hunter on the switch. Another must have. Oh 2024 is going to be good.

guys I need to tell you something as I just comment I said both I have both yeah but there’s one little thing that Nintendo is really good at PlayStation is actually portable. You made surprised but all you have to do is carry it with you and find the TV plugged it in, mate.
