1996 Jupiter in Capricorn :) I like this placement in myself, but it is true it's hard for us to trust even ourselves, but that can be a good thing. Cuz to be distrustful is to be aware and I would rather have that then be too trusting. For me I feel this placement allows me to be good at survival skills as well.

I feel like my Capricorn in Jupiter gets me in trouble especially with my Scorpio rising. In the sense that I have two signs that have this authoritative and powerful presence...probably not further helped by my heavy Aries placements. I have a good work ethic but because I do well and have a good image, authority and work ethic, I feel like people are always trying to rain on my achievements; or at the very least trying to bandwagon on any slip ups of mine. So it's great having a good work ethic and strong suit when it comes to working, but I hate dealing with the negativity that comes from the people that want to take me down.

Hearing your words reminds me of my fear in failure lol I know that people at times do fall back and when I see it in other people it's ok cause we are still learning but when it happens to me I'm like "hell no! Failure is not an option I'm good reguardless!!!" Cause it's that strong feeling of as you said wanting to prove to others and myself I'm useful and being a leader comes naturally and I can be hard on myself when my leadership fails and be depressed for days XD

Yes I work best as boss. Hello! So obvious. Bosses in past (not all can not say that) were not very bright with darkened perceptions (not a big light bulb) and blamed their stupidity on me. Leaders tend to have that happen a lot.

I have this placement. And, I really like your interpretation I was in a room full of certified social workers and providers but when I spoke the room was full of silence as if I was somebody. I'm pretty sure my Mercury in Taurus helps with this because people tend to think of me as practical and serious. Even if this isn't always the case.
