I had no idea how often Mal used 9-9-11-11-x-x style chords. I can’t tell you how pleasing it is to learn this after all these years! You’ve really got a good ear. As always, thanks so much

There would not be an AC/DC if Malcolm hadn’t been born. The Heart beat.

Thank the Lord for that VH-1 session may they never take it down.. this is such an Angus front and heavy song.. but the Mal and rhythm section does not get enough credit.. I did not realize the C# bass note on that F# chord early like that.. perhaps i assumed Cliff was adding the thump.. thanks for posting this one.. awesome.. the deep cuts are really worth a look for many who just play the hits..

Really cool man that you dedicate your page to teaching Mal’s parts! He was so underrated and so much the back-bone of AC/DC! So many people don’t even know that… Awesome how you perfectly analyze&know these parts and teach them! Really appreciate you and your videos!❤️🙏🏼🤘🏻🎸🙌🏻😎👍🏻

Thanks partner. Love your manner and instruction. So laid back but spot on. My “go to” for AC/DC tunes.

Great video MalP!! Love this track, right little groover and such tight rhythm from Mal. Keep 'em coming! 😎👍

All right all right I give up. I went and ordered the Electromatic Jet thing of this guitar. Because of this channel. That pushed me over 15 k in Guitars and Amps that I have literally no space left for.
Real talk though… this’ll be my 2nd Gretsch and your channel is awesome. I was playing along with my SG but it just didn’t seem right. Hence the G5222

Loved that! Notice that the fade out riff he plays at the end is the same riff style as Long Way to the top.

I have to say I really like your approach to this song, I would say it’s 98% correct. I have no doubt Mal threw in different little bits here and there through the years, but the spirit of the song is correct. Good job man.
Powerage is by far my favorite album of all time. That’s with any band out there.
As for the end when there’s a bit more distortion, I believe Mal is just digging in a bit deeper rather than an adjustment. I of course could be wrong, but damn, Mal was so fucking good. I think he did it with his right hand.
