Phil Rudd. The metronome that swings. No one does it like him. THE AC/DC drummer. As ever he holds this song back. Most others would have unintentionally played ahead of the groove. Somehow he plays just behind it yet it swings at the same time. A rare ability. People think he has the easiest drumming job in the the world. I beg to differ. Bravo Mr Rudd.

One of the best underrated AC/DC songs.

Brian being selected as singer for AC/DC must have been divine intervention. Nobody else could have done Bon's example justice. Two of the greatest frontmen in rock and roll fronted the same band.

This is the reason why AC/DC kept the rock n roll alive no matter what happen.

Watch and listen to Rudd kick in with that swing. That right there, plus Malcolm playing such solid rhythm, is what most bands don't have.

If there was one song that AC/DC wrote that perfectly describes Blues Rock, it would be this one. Gone Shootin’ was my favourite song on the Powerage album, and I wish they played it live more often.

Let's all remember that bon loved this guy and picked his replacement very well I'd say. It was no mistake or fluke that Brian got the job. If bon liked this man ... good enough for me.

This is a good version. Brian is awesome and no one else could’ve filled in for Bon the way Brian has. But IMO Bon’s version is KING! There will never be another BON SCOTT

When they played this VH1 special. they did a lot of songs off of Powerage (which is just a fucking killer album, especially for anyone that wants to learn about rhythm). Stuff that they'd never even done with Bon live. What's amazing is that 18 years had gone by and they could remember that stuff so well to do it on the fly.

Love the intro were they're getting their shit together! Powerage the perfect hard rock album!

Rudd & Malcolm Young, absolute precision! How tight are they at the intro! For that matter the whole song! Just magic, no better combo in rock history!

Seen this video at least A Million times and I still stop and just boogie along with Masters of Rock and Roll

I don't think any other rhythm player has ever had such a right hand as tight as Mal. Spring loaded weapon. Nobody can play what he plays the way he plays it. He's just 100% balls with every chord. A real plectrum killer. The best.
