I can't find how to select cold and dark mode and if I select start at a gate then I can't get into the cockpit so this is a bit of a catch 22. There are no covers on the engines and the flags are also missing. Edit: I think this is just a bug in my setup because the Max has the engine covers attached and flags flying and I can remove both flags and covers, open the door and get into the cockpit. So this will hopefully be fixed one day.
