Yayyy, I'm so glad I found this, I didn't think you did Biostat too! I'm in Cameroon, preparing for my exam in a few months, it's adapted from USMLE (we actually use pretest and lange questions to revise). I have a little point of confusion, if I am understanding you right, it looks like when something is more valuable it's less significant and the other way around. There must be different meanings to value and significance cuz one would think they should be similar. What are the meanings?
Also, if p is the evidence against the null hypothesis, I would think when p increases, the evidence increases and the null hypothesis is more disproven, and therefore less significant.
Lastly, if the null hypothesis has been proven true, should it not be repeatable? I mean, cuz what's true today is true next week, right? Where am I mistaken?
