Filipino Reactor. Keeping it real and natural.

I am Nephi Acaling. I am native to Bacolod City but currently living in Cebu City, Philippines. I’ve lived in different countries like Singapore, Japan and United States due to job assignments. In fact I was in the US when I started this channel thus the confusion sometimes where I am truly based.

I have completed my Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering degree and I am currently working as a Project Control Engineer.
At a time, I was a band vocalist performing every Friday and Saturday night at a local bar chain but recently decided to quit from my band to focus on my YouTube Channel and my full-time job as an engineer. I was also a member of the Filipino Voice Symphony where I was taught by professional chorale singers and we actually bagged the Gold Medal in the International A cappella Championships held in Singapore in 2011. I was also the Glee Club President and the singing trainer for various competitions when I was in the university which was a humbling experience for me.

Ever since, I started watching television as a kid, I realized that I enjoy analyzing and commenting on things related to singing performances. I believe this was the foundation of my interest towards making a reaction channel.
I am a self-motivated, and a disciplined soul. I am always keen to up-skill myself by learning new things whenever I get a chance.
My real strength is my attention to detail. I pride myself on being sensitive to the beauty of vocal embellishments, be it major or very subtle.
Most importantly, I keep my reactions real and natural.

Hi. I would you tell, for me it was magic really, cos i think, the world lissen to his voice, but here he show me others things. Many singers havent voice like him, ok, but this was magic becouse the work. I remember not being sure about this song at first, since it was one of my first times hearing a non-ballad song, but after listening a few times, I realized it became one of my favorite songs of his. Once I got it in my head that Dimash is singing pop/rock (and didn't compare it to the other 'typical' songs) I was more open to whatever new-genres he might add to his list. As for songs... I still say you should react to "Guests From Afar, Please Stay" by Dimash (part of a 6 person group) @ the Asian Cultural Carnival. Just listen for the highest notes in the bunch, and you'll know who it is. lol
Afterwards, when you get a chance, try the fancam (quality isn't as good as the official video, but it focuses solely on Dimash). He is so much fun to watch.
