I have #anxiety issues and overthink - from plan A to Z. I'm a planner type. I don't like randomly doing something, especially without any agenda.
That said, it's okay when something doesn't go as planned. Often, going differently than planned is already encountered in the plan.
The best way to overcome anxiety is to accept it.
I don't keep things bottled up. It's unhealthy. Letting go is the best way to find peace. Whether something bothers you, positive or negative, it means you care. The opposite of love isn't hate. It's indifference.
Instead of caring, let it out and let it go. #foodforthought
