45, Male, Caucasian. USA. No colon cancer family history.

Had a positive cologuard, now scheduled a colonoscopy for 7/25.

Any idea what % of positive cologuard are actual cancer when followed up by colonoscopy?

I feel great. No changes in bathroom habits, stools appear normal, no red or black stools, appears normal on Bristol chart, have occasional mild constipation when I eat crap foods, mild external hemmoroids at times, No stomach aches or bloating.

My CBC came back good, normal red Blood cell count during my last wellness visit 3 weeks ago. This was the appointment my PCP set me up with the Cologuard.

I'm nervous and scared.

I just did this today. It was disgusting but less disruption on my life than all that is involved in a colonoscopy. Knowing my luck, I’ll probably need a follow up colonoscopy anyway.

It sucks tried it didn't work, missed the hole dunno how , shits gotten to complicated for what it was a few years ago

They found blood in mine. Looked it up online and said i had cancer.

Even if you don't have any of those, and a + polyp, but a negative polyp really. You STILL HAVE TO HAVE A COLOSCOPY. 😮 YUCKY POOP! NOT POOH, BUT POOP!
